To request an appointment at Central Pediatrics, use the form below. A scheduler will call you during business hours to schedule your appointment. If you have questions or would like to schedule your appointment by phone, call 651.645.4693 for Saint Paul or 651.738.0470 for Woodbury. This form is not for urgent appointments or for appointments that you may need today. We will make every effort to process your request as quickly as possible.

Sick kid? No appointment? No problem, walk right in. Our Walk-In clinic allows you to bring your child in without an appointment anytime after 7:45 am and be seen by a board-certified pediatrician. Walk-In clinic is available Monday through Friday at our Saint Paul and Woodbury offices.
